Privacy notice

Trade Safety Docs collects the details you send through the order form (your name, company, contact details and information about the job) so that we can prepare your documents and contact you about your order.

• Lawful basis: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.
• Who sees it: only the people preparing your documents, and our website and email providers who process it on our behalf.
• How long we keep it: for as long as needed for your order and our legal and accounting records, normally six years.
• Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Asbestos survey quote requests

If you ask for an asbestos survey quote, we collect your name, contact details, postcode and the details you give about the property. With your consent, we share them with an independent asbestos surveyor covering your area so they can contact you with a quote. The surveyor is responsible for how they use your details from then on. We keep quote requests for up to 12 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
